Afternoon Teas in the Orangery

Let Delapré Abbey’s Bart Polinski, head chef at Hibiscus, transport you to that most quintessential moment in the day of an English country house – the afternoon tea – popularised in the 1840s by Duchess Anna Maria, wife of the 7th Duke of Bedford.

Freshly prepared by Bart and his team of chefs, they will create a special menu for the food festival. Afternoon teas are available to book in advance here. A ticket for the festival is also required.
