At Delapré Abbey June 6 and 7 2026
Accessibility & Inclusivity Information
How we ensure our festival is accessible.
Delapré Abbey is a wheelchair accessible venue which offers reduced mobility facilities. The majority of the festival is set outside in the grounds of Delapré Abbey on a single level.
Some sessions of the event such as wine tasting and cheese tasting masterclasses are held inside the Abbey on the ground floor, with ramps available on request. Please ask a member of the team stationed outside each session for assistance as required.
Mobility Access
The Abbey itself is spread over several levels, and there is wheelchair-accessible lifts and ramps where ever possible. Staff and volunteers can provide guidance on tight spaces or uneven floors. Please note that mobility scooters are not permitted inside the house.
While the Walled Garden and main external paths are accessible, the wider parkland and unofficial pathways may be uneven or muddy and are not suitable for all visitors.
Ample seating is available at the festival. This is mostly trestle tables and benches.
If you have any concerns or questions about mobility access, please do not hesitate to contact us.
