At Delapré Abbey June 7 and 8 2025
Kids Cookery Classes 2024
Enjoy a little time to yourself at the festival by enrolling your children in one of the fun kids cookery classes.
Led by Rachel Wilson from Cookery Doodle Doo, these cookery classes offer hands-on foodie fun for kids as young as three.
The classes last for 20 minutes and run on both days of the festival at the following times: 11.15am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm and 3.15pm.
During the session, children will create a beautiful Yogurt Berry Mess – a delicious summer dessert swirled with bursting berries, yogurt and lemon curd, layered with biscuit and finished with meringue, served in an individual dish for one. You might even get a spoonful if you’re quick!
All ingredients and equipment are provided. Please arrive five minutes before the session starts to wash hands and pop on an apron.
Tickets for the kids cookery classes are available to buy online – please book early to avoid disappointment as they fill up quickly – or on the day if there is space remaining. Online booking closes at 10pm the night before.
Cost per session is £6.50. Maximum of 12 children per class. They are suitable for children aged three and above. Under fives must be accompanied please.
NB: Please contact us to discuss any food allergies or dietary requirements BEFORE booking – we regret we may not be able to accommodate severe allergies but we always do our best. All ingredients and materials are prepared and provided to a high level of hygiene but we cannot accept any responsibility or liability should anyone consuming the products become subsequently unwell.
