Let Delapré Abbey’s Bart Polinski, head chef at Hibiscus, transport you to that most quintessential moment in the day of an English country house – the cream tea – popularised in the 1840s by Duchess Anna Maria, wife of the 7th Duke of Bedford.
Indulge with scones freshly baked by Bart and his team, served with rich clotted cream, strawberry jam and a selection of premium teas as part of your visit to the festival. No booking required – just walk in and bag a spot.
Please note The Orangery will only be open to festival ticket holders on the weekend of June 7 and 8.
